Job summary

Karl Storz Endoscopy Singapore Sales Pte Ltd is seeking a Manager – HR Projects (PMO), Strategy and People Analytics to drive regional HR priorities for Asia MEA. You will partner with Global HR, HRBP and CoE to implement governance, dashboards, and executive communications.

Key responsibilities include strategic planning, HR project management, analytics and reporting, talent & succession, executive communications, and regional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, IT, AI or related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of experience in HR Consulting, Workforce Analytics, Business Operations, HR Strategy or Project Management.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and other co-working tools.
• Experience with Tableau is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as extended execution arm of the Head of HR Asia MEA; drive strategic HR priorities.
• Coordinate HR meetings, governance forums and regional initiatives.
• Develop project plans, governance structures and executive dashboards.
• Monitor progress, risks and deliverables; ensure accountability.
• Develop regional talent insights, succession dashboards and leadership reports.
• Lead executive communications and regional coordination between Asia MEA and Global HR.
