KARL STORZ ENDOSCOPY ASIA MARKETING PTE. LTD. invites an experienced Manager to lead HR projects, PMO activities, and workforce analytics across Asia MEA. You will coordinate regional HR initiatives, develop executive dashboards, and craft communications for leadership teams.

You will partner with Global HR and business stakeholders to translate data into strategic actions, manage governance, and ensure timely delivery of transformation programs in a dynamic regional context.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, IT, AI or related discipline.
3-5+ years of experience in HR Consulting, Workforce Analytics, Business Operations, HR Strategy or Project Management.
Strong with tools, application and systems.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and other co-working tools and applications.

Responsibilities

Act as extended execution arm to the Head of HR Asia MEA, driving execution of strategic HR priorities.
Coordinate HR meetings, governance forums, and regional HR initiatives.
Prepare Town Hall presentations, talking points, and leadership communications.
Develop project plans, timelines, governance structures, and executive dashboards.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive accountability for key deliverables.
