Pre-requisites:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· Proven work experience as a Regional HR Manager or similar role
· Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
· Positive attitude, meticulous, responsible and able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously,
· Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent organizational skills, decision-making abilities, and attention to detail
