Heilind Asia Pacific (SG) Pte Ltd is seeking a capable HR professional to manage regional HR duties, drive talent acquisition, and support line managers in performance and employee relations across the group. The role involves policy implementation, training coordination, and payroll-related administration.

Candidates should have a degree in HR or business management, at least three years in sizeable companies, and strong communication in English and Putonghua.

Responsabilidades

• Regional HR role and report directly to HR manager.
• Participate in whole cycle of talent acquisition and orientation program.
• Identify staff issues and support line managers to tackle performance and relationship issues.
• Handle Employee Relations program, organize employee activities and training programs for the group.
• Medical insurance renewal and administration.
• Assist in preparing regular analyzing reports, market surveys, and reports to management.
• Handle daily HR and administrative procedures.
• Assist in developing and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
• Support other HR projects and transformation initiatives as assigned.
• Provide HR administrative support, documents and filing.
