Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, law, business administration or related discipline.
• Certification or diploma in Labour Laws / Employment Law / Industrial Relations preferred.
• Working knowledge of employment-law compliance requirements and their application to HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HR compliance, governance, and audit readiness across SEA countries.
• Maintain frameworks, calendars, risk registers, and evidence for regulatory compliance.
• Manage regulatory implementation projects from planning to closure and transition to BAU.
• Guide stakeholders on compliant execution and coordinate with Legal, Employee Relations and other functions.
