Job summary

SingHealth's Office of Regional Health (Programs) is seeking a Senior/Associate Executive on a 2-year contract to provide administrative, operational, and coordination support across the department. You will consolidate data, prepare reports and dashboards, handle inquiries, schedule activities, and maintain records to ensure smooth functioning and contribute to regional health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline, or GCE N/Equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality or community care setting is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good organising and coordinating skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• Meticulous, resourceful, empathetic, a strong team player with a positive work attitude, and a keen sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Collect, verify and maintain operational and programme data from multiple sources.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards and management information for the department.
• Prepare presentation slides, reports and meeting materials; update records and databases.
• Coordinate departmental programmes and operational activities; assist meetings and events.
• Maintain and organise records, documentation, filing systems and databases.
• Assist with claims processing, financial documentation and procurement processes.
