Job summary

SingHealth's Regional Hospital Network (RHN) seeks a Senior Associate Executive to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group Director RHN and the department. You will manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain documents in the shared drive to enable cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related discipline with at least 4 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Group Director RHN and department.
• Manage meetings and scheduling, prepare reports, and maintain documents in shared drives.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, vendor liaison, invoices, and department billing.
• Onboard/offboard staff and support learning and development activities for the team.
