Job summary

SingHealth Regional Health System (RHS) seeks a Director of Operations & Admin to lead population health initiatives and governance across care settings in the eastern region. You will partner with the RHS and MOH to implement policy, planning, and accountability frameworks while steering performance and value-based care initiatives.

The role demands extensive healthcare leadership experience, strategic planning, and strong cross-stakeholder collaboration to deliver region-wide population health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 16 years in healthcare and 10+ years in a managerial role.
• Registrable basic medical degree is an added advantage; grassroots/community experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory standards; strong leadership and strategic acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate RHS Healthier SG service delivery and resource deployment.
• Review services under the Community of Care and advise on governance.
• Drive strategies for value-based care, enrolment, and data analytics for insights.
• Engage GPs and PCNs to adopt care protocols, IT systems, and financing arrangements.
• Lead regional stakeholder engagement and governance with MOH, AIC, and partners.
• Develop KPI frameworks and monitor RHS initiatives for cost-effectiveness and outcomes.
