Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior HR leader to drive the people strategy across markets, working closely with senior management and overseas teams.

You will oversee HR functions regionally, translate business needs into HR initiatives, and develop talent and leadership programs to support growth in a dynamic, multi-market environment.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the overall HR strategy and people agenda in alignment with business objectives.
• Partner closely with senior management and business leaders to support business growth, organizational development and workforce planning.
• Oversee HR functions across multiple markets and provide strategic guidance to overseas teams.
• Manage and influence stakeholders across a regional / international environment, working closely with overseas business leaders and HR counterparts.
• Develop talent, succession planning, leadership development and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Provide HR insights and solutions from a business and commercial perspective, balancing people priorities with organizational needs.
• Drive consistency in HR practices while adapting strategies to different markets and business environments.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Senior HR leadership experience, ideally at Senior Manager, Head of HR, HR Director or equivalent level.
• Strong regional / international HR exposure, with experience supporting multiple overseas offices or markets.
• Proven experience working directly with overseas stakeholders, business leaders and regional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into effective HR strategies.
• Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
• Candidates with international education or significant overseas working experience will be advantageous.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, multicultural and multi-market environment
