Job summary

Igloo is seeking an experienced Regional Head of BD & Partnerships to drive embedded insurance growth across Southeast Asia through strategic partnerships with leading digital platforms and consumer ecosystems.

You will identify, develop, and scale B2B2C partnerships, embedding insurance solutions into partners’ products and customer journeys while delivering sustainable commercial growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant BD/Partnerships experience in Insurtech/FinTech.
• Proven track record in originating and scaling strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and B2B2C models.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive commercial strategy, pipeline development, and revenue growth in SE Asia.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships across e-commerce, FinTech, banking, telecoms, mobility, travel.
• Lead end-to-end partnership development from identification to scale-up.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across partners.
• Understand partners' business models to identify embedded insurance opportunities.
• Leverage Igloo’s product portfolio to develop value propositions for partners and customers.
• Structure revenue-sharing, commission, and transaction-based models.
• Collaborate with Insurance, Product, Technology and Operations to launch propositions.
• Grow existing partnerships with new products, segments, channels, markets; improve adoption.
