Job summary

The role requires strong governance discipline, strategic agility and senior stakeholder engagement. Based in Singapore, you will oversee regional governance reviews, committee mandates, minutes, and action tracking, while promoting the firm’s risk culture and regulatory

Qualifications

• 15+ years in investment banking/financial services with governance exposure
• Experience engaging senior management and committees
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; a Master’s degree
• Strong communication with Chairs, senior leaders, regulators/auditors
• Collaborative leadership across organizational boundaries
• Solid regulatory knowledge of global financial services regulations and governance

Responsibilities

• Act as principal custodian of governance standards across the regional platform from framework to escalation and reporting.
• Govern across a portfolio of high-priority regional initiatives with NAPH Operating Committee Chair.
• Strengthen governance frameworks, support risk appetite and control discussions, promote risk culture regionally.
• Lead regional executive committee secretariat for NEMC and NOC with accurate minutes and records.
• Prepare forward-looking governance agendas aligned with firm priorities; manage governance reports.
