Job summary

You will partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen governance frameworks, develop dashboards, and drive process improvements.

You will lead vendor governance, oversee third-party providers, monitor operational risk, and support executive reporting, while shaping automation and standardisation

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in investment operations and governance within financial services.
• Strong understanding of asset management operations and outsourced operating models.
• Experience building dashboards and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional vendor governance and service provider oversight
• Develop management reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and operational insights
• Monitor operational risk, controls, incidents, audits, and remediation activities
• Support senior management forums, governance committees, and executive reporting
• Drive operational excellence, automation, standardisation, and process improvement initiatives across markets
