Qualifications

• More than 3 years of relevant experience with corporate governance, corporate secretarial, or risk management.
• Experience in SOP drafting, workflow mapping, and process improvement.
• Excellent working knowledge of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support development of governance policies and internal approval rules.
• Manage lifecycle of governance documents and provide training to stakeholders.
• Coordinate Board of Directors meetings and maintain corporate records.
