Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Regional FP&A Analyst in Singapore to coordinate the forecast, budget, and quarterly outlook across SEA. You will consolidate country submissions, drive reporting, and provide guidance to improve profitability and cash flow.

You will work with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and NE/MOD teams, deliver executive presentations, and develop dashboards while supporting strategic initiatives and due diligence as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years FP&A or related finance experience in a multinational or matrix organisation.
• Experience supporting regional operations across multiple countries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly forecast, quarterly outlook, and annual planning across SEA.
• Prepare management reports and reviews; analyze revenue, orders, EBIT, cash flow, and working capital.
• Partner with country finance teams to improve forecast accuracy and profitability.
• Monitor cash flow, DSO, inventory, and other working capital metrics.
• Develop financial dashboards and support quarterly business reviews and ad hoc analyses.
