Job summary

Otis SE is a global leader in elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service with a vast footprint across more than 200 countries. This role focuses on financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Asia Pacific region, driving performance improvements and consolidated regional insights.

The incumbent will manage budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and regional templates, working closely with headquarters and business units in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance (ACCA considered).
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and regional reporting in an MNC.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Asia Pacific.
• Review monthly results vs forecast and prior year.
• Prepare consolidated regional reports and forecasts.
• Manage Hyperion system and regional templates.
• Support annual planning with analysis and presentations.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and management support.
• Produce management presentation materials.
