Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL seeks a highly motivated FP&A Analyst/Executive to join our SEAO finance team in Singapore. You will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, delivering accurate insights to guide business decisions and drive performance.

The role requires 3+ years in budgeting, reporting, or FP&A, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and familiarity with SAP and BI tools. Immediate starters preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years in budgeting, financial reporting, FP&A, or finance operations.
• Strong Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP); SAP/BI familiarity.
• Meticulous, organised, able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills across stakeholders.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate starters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and consolidate monthly financial reports and submissions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and provide insights.
• Prepare financial models and monitor cost performance and KPIs.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and support month-end closing.
• Perform data extraction, reconciliation, and ad hoc analyses.
