RecruitFirst is seeking a Finance Analyst to partner with business units in Singapore. You will perform budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, providing financial insights to guide commercial decisions.

You’ll manage month-end closings and cost recognition, monitor profitability, and support ERP-enabled reporting and planning initiatives. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in FP&A, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of FP&A experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Proactive, resilient and demonstrates ownership.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Workday will be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Conduct monthly/quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and variance analysis, highlighting risks, opportunities and insights.
• Manage month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate revenue and cost recognition.
• Monitor unit costs against budgets and perform product/brand profitability analysis.
• Review business cases, financial models and scenario analyses for new initiatives and investments.
• Provide financial and accounting advice to business units on products and commercial decisions.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and work with stakeholders to develop improvement plans.
• Support commercial initiatives, investments and other ad hoc finance projects as required.
