DUOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, controllership, and governance across the region.

The role sits at the intersection of technical accounting and business partnership, ensuring accurate reporting and a scalable finance function as the business grows. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in accounting and consolidations, strong IFRS knowledge, and experience shaping internal controls and finance transformation.

Qualifications

10+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or controllership experience across multi-entity or regional consolidations.
Experience with IFRS and group consolidation for multiple jurisdictions.
Strong governance, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration.
Leadership in finance transformation, ERP implementations, or reporting automation.
Professional qualification such as CPA/ACCA/CA required; English proficient; Chinese proficiency to collaborate with Chinese-speaking markets.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly and annual close across regional entities and oversee group consolidation and statutory reporting.
Manage technical accounting matters, accounting policies, and intercompany reconciliations.
Strengthen internal controls and finance processes; drive automation and system improvements.
Partner with Treasury, Tax, Legal, and regional teams to support expansion and regulatory compliance.
Lead, mentor, and develop the regional controllership team, promoting accountability and operational excellence.
