Job summary

ACCA Careers seeks a Regional Finance Controller for a globally recognised multinational in the industrial solutions sector. The role partners with senior leaders to drive profitable growth, strategic decision-making and performance management across the region.

Reporting to the Regional Finance Leadership team, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and financial target setting, perform P&L analysis, and support investment appraisals and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
8+ years in FP&A, Controlling or related functions.
Professional qualifications such as CPA/ACCA/CA or MBA favoured.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, performance management experience.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge decisions constructively.
Proficient in financial modelling, Excel, Power BI and SAP.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted finance advisor to senior business leaders on strategic and operational decisions.
Partner stakeholders to improve profitability, growth, and capital allocation.
Lead monthly business performance reviews and provide actionable financial insights.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and financial target setting.
Perform detailed P&L analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
Support investment appraisals, business cases, scenario modelling and strategic initiatives.
Ensure strong governance, financial discipline and adherence to policies.
Lead continuous improvement through data analytics, dashboards and enhanced reporting.
