Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation Specialist to drive enterprise system initiatives and maintain regional financial excellence. You will lead final ERP deployment, validate workflows, and train local finance teams in updated processes.

You will oversee month-end/year-end close, GL entries, provisions, and intercompany controls while managing revenue, inventory, AP/AR, and liaising with auditors and tax authorities.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, accounting or related discipline.
• Hands-on involvement as end-user, superuser, or project team member in ERP rollout.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP rollout, final deployment, workflow validation and testing.
• Train and mentor local finance teams on updated workflows.
• Deliver post-implementation support for nine months.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close, GL entries, provisions and prepayments.
• Manage revenue recognition, inventory, AP/AR and supervise outsourced partners.
• Collaborate with senior finance leadership on budgets and planning.
• Coordinate annual statutory audits and liaise with tax authorities.
