Ambition Singapore client seeks a Regional Commercial Finance Manager to serve as the finance lead for regional client accounts. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, acting as the primary finance partner to internal leadership and external client stakeholders.

You will drive pricing reviews, contract change management and support continuous improvement initiatives while leading a small regional finance team and ensuring strong governance and controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Recognised professional accounting qualification.
• At least 6–8 years of relevant finance experience, including regional exposure in a multicultural environment.
• Strong commercial finance or business partnering background; experience in facilities management, outsourced services, FMCG or pharmaceutical MNCs is valued.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling across multiple countries.
• Confident, engaging communicator with presentation skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, hands-on and able to work autonomously within a matrix organisation.
• People leadership experience managing or coaching finance team members.
• Regional travelling is required (10–15%).

Responsabilités

• Lead regional budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for key client accounts.
• Track budgets and savings; present financial performance at client review meetings.
• Support pricing reviews, commercial discussions and contract change management to ensure profitability.
• Partner with operations to drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead and coach a small regional finance team; ensure governance and financial controls.
