Hilti Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regional Finance Controller based in Singapore to partner with business leaders and steer profitable growth through financial insights and strategic decision support.
You will lead budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and governance, delivering forward‑looking insights and scenario planning to drive value creation and sustainable performance.
Qualifications
- 7–12+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Controlling or Commercial Finance.
- Proven budgeting, forecasting, performance management and strategic planning experience.
- Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Act as trusted advisor to business leadership on strategic and operational decisions.
- Lead monthly performance reviews and provide insights into key business drivers.
- Oversee annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long‑range planning processes.
- Perform in‑depth P&L analysis, variance analysis and root‑cause investigations.
- Develop financial narratives to enable management teams to make informed decisions.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and dashboards.
