Job summary

Lidl Asia Pte. Limited is seeking a Finance Business Partner/Controlling professional to lead regional planning, forecasting and reporting. You will translate data into actionable insights to drive ROI and support procurement, IT and operations.

The role emphasizes strategic decision support, data modeling, and modernization of financial processes across the Asia region. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; CPA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in Business Controlling or FP&A.
• Advanced ERP & Reporting; experience with SAP, BI tools.
• Experience as Model Builder in Anaplan is a plus.
• Comfort working in Google Workspace and hands-on Python/Apps Script for data handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional financial planning and forecasting cycles.
• Produce monthly reporting packages and leadership decks.
• Analyze P&L performance with actual vs budget variance analysis.
• Prepare quarterly postmortems for Merchandising and Country Management teams.
• Build financial models to simulate impact of new business initiatives.
