Job summary

Hytech is seeking a Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, controllership, and governance across its regional operations in Singapore. You will oversee monthly closes, group consolidation, and IFRS compliance while strengthening internal controls and partnering with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires 10+ years in accounting or controllership, with Big 4 exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or controllership across multi-entity or regional consolidations.
• Experience in IFRS, group consolidation, and technical accounting with accounting position papers.
• Strengthened internal controls, improved finance processes, and partnered with cross-functional teams.
• Led finance teams and driven transformation including ERP implementation or reporting automation.
• Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CA) required; strong English and Chinese for regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual close across regional entities, with group consolidation and statutory reporting.
• Oversee technical accounting matters and intercompany accounting, ensuring governance.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements for efficiency.
• Partner with Treasury, Tax, Legal, and regional teams to support expansion and compliance.
• Lead and develop the regional controllership team to enable growth and excellence.
