Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Regional Finance Controller for the Luxury Retail sector. The role focuses on reinforcing internal controls, managing analyses and forecasts, and coordinating country reporting across SEA in line with group policy and Singapore regulations.

You will support budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting, delivering dashboards and commentary to drive business decisions. Central West-based role with competitive pay and AWS bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting or ACCA equivalent.
• 5–8 years in retail internal control, compliance, financial analysis, reporting and forecasting.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Demonstrated executive level engagement with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Support management reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Explain variances and key performance drivers.
• Coordinate consolidated results across countries for reporting.
• Provide dashboards, insights and commentary on variances.
• Develop standardized reporting templates in Excel/PowerPoint.
• Enhance management reporting processes for efficient decision making.
• Ensure compliance with KYC and Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
• Engage with HQ and internal departments for monthly reporting and budgeting.
