Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Regional Financial Controller to drive planning, budgeting and performance across the Asia region. You will partner with the Senior Leadership team and functional heads to shape strategy and translate data into actionable insights.

The role leads the regional close, controls, and compliance while building robust commercial processes to support growth in retail, FMCG or e-commerce contexts. Candidates must be fully qualified accountants.

Qualifications

Fully qualified accountant with CA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA.
Demonstrated track record in Asia with retail, FMCG or e-commerce experience.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Establish a strong working relationship with the Senior Leadership team and wider functional leaders.
Develop the short, medium and long-term financial planning.
Take full responsibility for regional budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning and financial targets.
Conduct financial and scenario modelling for the region.
Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, compliance and controls.
Create and enhance commercial processes to support strategic direction.
Present data and insights to leadership to drive profitable growth.
Lead annual budget and strategic planning processes.
Manage a high-calibre finance team.
