5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore is seeking its first pure Financial Controller to lead financial management and controls during rapid growth. The role will coordinate with outsourced accounting and a finance/admin manager for day-to-day reconciliation and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 4–9 years of experience, a professional qualification in Accountancy/CA/CPA, and hands-on exposure to startups or hardware manufacturing. Immediate start is possible.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy/ Chartered Accountant/ CPA (and/or equivalent)
• 4–9 years of financial management/control experience in a startup or a hardware company with shipped products
• Knowledge in reconciliation, consolidation, financial reporting, and Singapore financial reporting standards SFRS(I)
• Singaporean PR or National/Citizen required

Aufgaben

• Multi-million budget planning, financial modelling and reporting
• Strategic planning with Cofounders and board members
• Regular quarterly travel to Melbourne to visit the team
• Support fundraising in startup rounds (Series A,B, etc.)
• Preparation of documents for sale of the company or exits
• Negotiation with capital partners alongside CEO
• Development and structuring of relationships with international banks for industrial loans
