5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore is seeking an Accounting Manager / Assistant Manager to supervise day-to-day accounting activities and oversee ERP-driven financial operations.

You will manage month-end processes, accounts payable/receivable, asset and stock reconciliations, and generate financial reports for monthly reviews and for HQ, ensuring accurate and timely data. Role requires a diploma in Accountancy and at least 5 years’ experience in accounting and tax practices, with strong MS Office

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years work experience in accounting and tax practices.
• Diploma in Accountancy required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.

Mansioni

• Manage and perform the daily operations of the accounting department using ERP system.
• Handle month-end and year-end processes.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Perform revenue and expenditure variance analysis.
• Handle capital assets and stock inventory reconciliations.
• Monitor and analyse accounting data to produce financial reports and monthly reviews.
• Establish and enforce accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Prepare and file corporate income taxes and GST returns.
• Coordinate with corporate secretarial agents and IT for IT-related issues.
• Coordinate and perform general administration duties and office management.
• Adhoc duties as assigned.
