Job summary

SEA Singapore seeks a Regional Controllership specialist to join Sea’s HQ Finance. You will collaborate with country finance teams to roll out crucial projects, guide local teams on month-end close, and coordinate budgeting and periodic forecasts across Asia.

The role emphasizes driving process improvements, managing stakeholders, and ensuring accuracy across the group. A Bachelor in Finance/Accounting with 4+ years’ experience is required; Big 4 exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related qualification.
• 4+ years of relevant full-time experience in Finance roles.
• Big 4 accounting firm experience would be a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with country finance teams to roll out crucial projects and new developments.
• Provide guidance to local finance team to ensure smooth month-end closing, accuracy of system data and any accounting related matters
• Liaise and direct the preparation of annual budget and periodic forecast exercises
• Manage crucial projects and other group level initiatives while managing stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, potential finance and tax risks and propose feasible solutions to the team
• Any other tasks and projects assigned
