Job summary

TALENTSOURCE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is hiring for an Industrial Technical Support role based in Singapore. The person will support end-users of machinery, perform Level 2 APAC dealer support, and handle field quality issues across SEA markets.

The role involves commissioning, handover of new equipment, and delivering product training as needed, with a focus on regional service excellence and warranty support.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NTC Cert in a relevant field.
• Able to travel >30%, mostly within SEA.
• 3 years’ experience in supporting heavy equipment.
• Proficient in electronics and hydraulics; able to interpret circuits.
• Proficient with PPT, Word and Excel; SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Support end-users of machinery and equipment used in the Industrial business segments
• Execute Level 2 Technical Support for APAC Industrial dealers, and direct support in selected markets.
• Collect, communicate and facilitate solutions for field quality issues
• Execute commissioning and handover of new equipment/projects for selected markets
• Conduct product training (operation, maintenance, etc.) when required
• Deploy and share best service practices in region
• Ensure the right parts are stocked to support machine operation in region
• Provide warranty support for customers and dealers
• Support local (SG) tech support operations on non-travel days

Requirements:

• Diploma/NTC Cert
• Able to travel > 30%, mostly within SEA
• 3 years’ experience in supporting heavy equipment
• Proficient in Electronics & Hydraulics, able to interpret circuits
• Proficient in PPT, WORD, EXCEL
• Experience in maintaining large fleet of equipment a plus
• SAP experience is a plus
