Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with relevant experience in facilities management.
• Experience in staffing, coaching, performance appraisal, and retention preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; capable of handling sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Provide formal supervision to employees, oversee training and development, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities, schedules, and cross-training; set deadlines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients; conduct regular facility performance meetings.
• Prepare reports on property profiles, inspections, audits, and emergency plans.
• Create policies to ensure contract specifications are met and oversee project approvals.
• Lead budget generation, variance reports, and capital project planning.
• Inspect facilities for quality assurance and ensure compliance with regulations.
