Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Early Careers Programs Specialist to support end-to-end delivery of internships, graduate rotations, and immersion programs across the region. You will partner with recruiters, HR partners, and campus teams to ensure a seamless participant experience from onboarding through completion.

The role emphasizes organizational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for developing early career talent, with some after-hours campus events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 1+ years in program coordination, HR, talent development, events or related field
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• AI-fluent and tech-forward, curious about AI, automation, analytics and digital tools to improve program outcomes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of Early Careers programs across multiple markets
• Plan, organize and execute program events and engagement activities
• Draft and distribute program communications to participants and stakeholders
• Maintain program records, attendance, and prepare reports on metrics
• Collaborate with recruiters, HR partners, and leadership to meet timelines and needs
• Support employer branding and campus engagement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve participant experience and streamline processes
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination
