Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Early Careers Programs Specialist to support the delivery and coordination of regional early talent programs, including internships, graduate rotation programs, and immersion experiences. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1+ years in program coordination, HR, talent development, events, recruitment, or related field; early careers or campus recruitment experience is a plus.
• Highly organized, delivery-focused with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• AI-fluent and tech-forward with curiosity to use AI, automation, analytics and digital tools to improve outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication to engage early career talent and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Program Coordination: end-to-end delivery of Early Careers programs including onboarding, learning sessions, engagement activities, and offboarding.
• Event Support: plan, organize, and execute program events with logistics and participant engagement.
• Communications: draft and distribute program-related communications to participants and leadership teams.
• Data & Reporting: maintain records, track attendance, gather feedback, and prepare program metrics reports.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to meet timelines and needs.
• Brand & Engagement: support employer branding, campus engagement, and internal communications.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to enhance participant experience and streamline processes.
• Administrative Support: scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Flexibility: occasional after-hours or weekend events (~15%).
