Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Early Careers Programs Specialist to support regional internships, graduate rotations, and immersion programs. You will collaborate with the AP Programs squad, recruiters, HR business partners, and university partners to plan, execute, and continuously improve program activities from onboarding through to program completion.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for developing early career talent.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 1+ years in program coordination, HR, talent development, events, or recruitment; early careers experience is a plus.
Strong organization, delivery focus, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and apply AI/tools responsibly to improve program outcomes.

Responsibilities

End-to-end program delivery support for Early Careers, including onboarding, learning sessions, engagement activities, and offboarding.
Plan, organize, and execute program events such as networking sessions and workshops.
Draft and distribute program communications to participants and stakeholders.
Maintain program records, track attendance, and prepare reports on program metrics.
Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to meet timelines and needs.
Support employer branding, campus engagement, and internal communications for programs.
Identify opportunities to improve participant experience and streamline processes.
Provide administrative support including scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.
Occasionally attend after-hours or weekend events (approx. 15%) for campus, program, or networking activities.
