Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years' experience in program coordination, HR, talent development, events, recruitment, or related field.
• Experience with Early Careers, graduate programs, or campus recruitment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and delivery focus with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Program Coordination: end-to-end delivery of Early Careers programs including onboarding, learning sessions, engagement activities, and offboarding.
• Event Support: plan, organize and execute program events with smooth logistics.
• Communications: draft and distribute program-related communications to participants and stakeholders.
• Data & Reporting: maintain program records, track attendance, and prepare reports on program metrics.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and other teams to meet timelines and needs.
• Brand & Engagement: support employer branding, campus engagement, and internal communications.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to enhance participant experience and streamline processes.
• Administrative Support: schedule, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Flexibility: occasional after-hours or weekend events (≈15%).
