Job summary

Ping Identity in APAC seeks a Director, Sales (Asia) to drive revenue, market expansion, and customer acquisition across Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia & Malaysia. You will lead a high-performing regional sales team, partner with marketing, product, and services, and shape go-to-market strategies for Identity for AI and traditional identity security offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise cybersecurity/SaaS sales teams with regional responsibility.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion across multi-country regions.
• Experience selling to CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and other senior leaders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional team to achieve revenue, bookings, pipeline, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute multi-country go-to-market strategies for Asia.
• Build strategic relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and tech leaders.
• Position Ping Identity in Identity for AI and related security capabilities across the region.
• Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing relationships with IAM and security offerings.
