Job summary

Annexion Partners Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Data Centre Forensic Manager to own critical incident investigations and drive continuous improvement across its regional hyperscale portfolio. You will lead RCA, troubleshoot complex failures, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure rapid recovery and reliability.

The role offers regional exposure, strong stakeholder engagement, and opportunities to influence engineering design, construction and operations across Asia Pacific markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Controls Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in mission-critical infrastructure with mechanical, electrical and control systems.
• Extensive knowledge of data centre operations, infra performance and maintenance strategies.
• Proven ability to investigate complex failures and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead forensic investigations and respond to critical infrastructure incidents across regional data centre portfolio.
• Direct real-time troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex failures.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to resolve incidents on time and with quality.
• Translate RCA findings into improvements in design, construction, and operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and establish measurable performance indicators.
