Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of enterprise/strategic sales experience in datacenter infra or related fields.
• Proven ability to navigate APAC/Middle East markets and diverse cultures.
• Experience negotiating complex capital equipment contracts and MSAs.
• Strong collaboration with design, sustainability, procurement, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive account mapping across customer ecosystems and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional engagement with HQ and regional teams for all functions.
• Intercept opportunities during design phases and shape multi-year plans.
• Translate strategy into multi-country implementation and close local deals.
• Co-engineer cooling solutions aligning with PUE and TCO targets.
• Lead multi-million-dollar negotiations and governance reporting.
