Job summary

First Point Group is seeking a Regional Data Centre Project Manager in Singapore to oversee large-scale deployments across Asia. You will coordinate customers, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in data centre project delivery, strong stakeholder management, CAD review skills, and willingness to travel regionally. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3-5 years in data centre project delivery or related engineering environments.
• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Ability to review and interpret CAD drawings and technical engineering documentation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel regionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of regional data centre projects across multiple locations.
• Act as primary liaison between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, logistics, site delivery, and installation activities.
• Support planning, implementation, commissioning, testing, and handover processes.
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve delays or quality issues.
• Ensure customer requirements are translated into effective project plans.
• Review engineering drawings and CAD designs for compliance.
• Coordinate testing activities and handover acceptance.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Track and manage budgets, resources, and operational needs.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and governance standards.
