Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Regional CRM Program Manager to lead a multi-year transformation across APAC. You will establish and operate the regional PMO, govern the program, align stakeholders, and report to leadership while coordinating with global, regional, and local market teams to harmonize CRM processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program or project management.
• Experience managing regional or global transformation programs.

• Experience establishing PMO governance, reporting, and delivery processes.
• Experience working with CRM platforms.
• Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple countries, priorities and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

This role will establish and operate the regional Program Management Office (PMO), driving governance, stakeholder alignment, execution management, reporting, and coordination between global, regional, and local market teams.

The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, country representatives, and implementation partners to harmonize CRM processes and support adoption of a global CRM platform across APAC markets.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the APAC PMO function for the CRM transformation program.
• Drive program governance, steering committee preparation, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Coordinate activities across global, regional, and country stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and alignment of regional business processes.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, issues, decisions, and action items.
• Define and manage project cadence, operating rhythms, and reporting standards.
• Support planning, rollout, and adoption activities across APAC markets.
• Ensure consistency between global CRM standards and regional business needs.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams throughout program delivery.
• Maintain program documentation and provide regular updates to leadership.

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 10 years of program or project management experience.
• Proven experience managing regional or global transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across senior business and technology leadership teams.
• Experience establishing PMO governance, reporting, and delivery processes.
• Experience working with CRM platforms.
• Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple countries, priorities, and stakeholder groups simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

• Experience within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical Devices, and/or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience supporting CRM transformation and commercial excellence programs.
• Experience working with stakeholders across Japan and North Asia.
• Korean language proficiency would be advantageous for supporting regional stakeholder engagement.
