Job summary

ABeam Consulting, a global professional services firm, seeks a seasoned regional CoE lead to establish and operate the APAC CoE for core banking rollout programs. You will define regional standards, templates, and governance, and coordinate country delivery across multiple streams and countries.

The role requires 5+ years in banking or financial services consulting, strong analytical and stakeholder management, and proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in business/ IT consulting or CoE/ standardization.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience developing methodologies, operating models, governance, templates, RACI.
• Identify delivery gaps related to knowledge, policy, or ownership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, data, infra, testing, migration.
• Support pilot implementation, lessons learned, and multi-country rollout.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate the Regional CoE for APAC Core Banking rollout.
• Identify gaps in standards, playbooks, and ownership; set guidance.
• Define and develop regional standards, templates, quality criteria, and estimates.
• Clarify boundaries between regional standards and country requirements.
• Work with domain SMEs and country teams on solution options and guidelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews to manage dependencies across countries.
• Support country teams with regional standards through workshops and guidance.
• Pilot using Thailand/BKK; capture lessons; publish regional standards.
• Manage CoE backlog based on impact, urgency, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Regional, Country, Business, IT, SME, and vendors.
