JAC RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is assisting a leading global consulting firm in recruiting for a Manager, Core Banking Transformation in Singapore.

The role centers on establishing a Regional Centre of Excellence for a multi-country Core Banking rollout and driving standardised delivery across markets. You will develop regional governance, templates, and playbooks, while coordinating across architecture, data, testing, migration, and compliance teams to ensure a controlled, scalable transformation

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in consulting, transformation delivery, or banking operations.
• Experience developing methodologies, governance frameworks, or CoE capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Proven track record supporting multi-country programmes and regional standardisation.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Manager, Core Banking Transformation

A leading global consulting firm is hiring a Manager to support a major APAC Core Banking transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the Regional Centre of Excellence (CoE) for a multi-country Core Banking rollout.

• Develop and maintain regional standards, governance frameworks, playbooks, templates, RACI models, and delivery methodologies.

• Drive consistency across country implementations by aligning business, technology, operations, and programme teams.

• Support pilot deployments, capture lessons learned, and translate outcomes into scalable regional standards.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage delivery quality across markets.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across architecture, data, testing, migration, cutover, compliance, and business workstreams.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in consulting, transformation delivery, system implementation, process design, governance, or operating model development within banking or financial services.

• Experience developing methodologies, governance frameworks, delivery standards, or CoE capabilities.

• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and documentation skills.

• Proven track record supporting multi-country programmes, pilot rollouts, and regional standardisation initiatives.

• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Core Banking transformations, Target Operating Models, or playbook development.

• Banking domain expertise across lending, payments, trade finance, deposits, compliance, testing, migration, or cutover.

• Exposure to solutions such as Oracle FLEXCUBE, Trade360, Murex, ACBS, Finastra GPP, or Oracle ERP.
