Job summary

Our Client is seeking a Regional Manager for the CoE focused on Core Banking System Rollout across the APAC region. The role requires establishing the CoE, defining regional standards, and coordinating with Country teams to ensure consistent delivery and governance across multiple countries.

The position emphasizes regional playbooks, templates, and continuous improvement, with strong emphasis on collaboration among IT, business, and vendor stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business/IT consulting, system implementation or CoE/standardization, preferably in banking.
• Experience in Core Banking implementations or regional rollouts is an advantage.
• Banking domain knowledge in areas such as Trade Finance, Lending, Payments, or Treasury is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Trade360, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Murex, ACBS, Finastra GPP, or Oracle ERP is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in developing or improving methodologies, operating models, governance frameworks, templates, deliverables, quality criteria, RACI, or decision rights.
• Ability to identify and analyze delivery gaps relating to knowledge, policy, decision criteria, ownership, input information, or delivery capability.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and dependencies across business, architecture, data, infrastructure, testing, migration, cutover, compliance, and customer/user domains.
• Experience supporting pilot implementation, lessons learned, standardization, and multi-country/multi-business-unit rollout.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate the Regional CoE for APAC Core Banking Rollout program.
• Define and develop regional standards, policies, templates, and estimation guidance.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and manage dependencies across countries and releases.
• Support country teams with workshops, guidance, and rollout support.
• Convert pilot outputs into regional standards and publish them with version control.
