Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) is seeking a seasoned professional to establish and operate the Regional Center of Excellence for the APAC Core Banking Rollout Program. You will define regional standards, templates, and guidance, while ensuring alignment with country delivery needs.

The role requires collaboration with country teams, domain SMEs, IT and vendor stakeholders to drive standardization, lessons learned, and scalable rollout across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business/ IT consulting or CoE activities.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in developing methodologies, operating models, governance frameworks, templates.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate the Regional CoE for APAC Core Banking Rollout.
• Identify gaps in standards, playbooks, and ownership based on country needs.
• Define and develop regional standards, templates, and guidance.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews across countries and releases.
• Support country teams with workshops and rollout guidance.
• Pilot using Thailand/BKK to validate standards.
• Convert pilots into regional standards and manage publishing.
