Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a Sales Engineer/Senior Engineer to drive growth in regional industrial and technology sectors. You will build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to project execution.

Collaborate with technical and operations teams to tailor solutions, monitor market trends, and develop strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, Materials, or related discipline.
Experience in technical sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing engineering roles.
Good communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer engagements.
Experience within manufacturing, industrial, electronics, engineering, materials, chemicals, or related sectors is advantageous.
Willingness to travel regionally when required.

Responsibilities

Drive business growth through new customer acquisition and existing account development.
