Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Regional Programme Lead to partner with Global Heads to define long-term capex pipeline strategy and oversee regional delivery teams. You will ensure effective governance, budget adherence, and timely handover to operations, while driving continuous improvement and value for money across the APAC region.

Responsibilities include proactive planning, stakeholder engagement, and coordinating with procurement, enablement, and commercial teams to deliver projects that meet business

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Programme Management roles.
• Experience leading large-scale capital projects and programmes in the commercial property sector.
• Experience delivering region-wide property development commercial management projects, ideally in APAC.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in matrix and partner environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term Capital Projects programme strategy aligned to group objectives.
• Coordinate and review regional capital project delivery teams for value-for-money against business case.
• Manage multi-year regional programme planning, governance, reporting accuracy, and handover.
• Mentor and train disciplines in project management and capital delivery.
• Coordinate pre- and post-contract activities including budget setting, planning, and procurement.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, cost management and schedule adherence.
• Provide strategic advice on changes and conduct documentation for approvals.
