Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Business Impact Manager to join the APR Business Impact Team, focusing on practice management, PMO coordination, and global process excellence across financial services and insurance. You will partner with Industry heads, Partners, and support functions to drive strategic initiatives, reporting, and budget tracking.

You will lead business development support, coordinate with Finance, KM, and Marketing, and help implement change journeys while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Strong background in strategic project management with high-level stakeholder management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Practice Management: support Industry/Capability heads, coordinate PMO, manage meetings, ensure follow-ups, and share materials.
• Commercial Effectiveness Support: drive BD priorities, analyze pipelines, coordinate with departments for client requests, manage RFPs.
• Business Impact support: integrate best practices, roll out processes, and collaborate with events and other teams to execute change initiatives.
