The role focuses on practice management, BD support, and process improvement with high-level stakeholder interaction.

You will partner with Practice Leaders and cross-functional teams, manage PMO activities, coordinate communications, and help deliver key projects across the region.

Responsibilities

• Support Industry/Capability head in day-to-day practice tasks.
• Be central contact for practice staff and partners.
• PMO duties: track actions and follow-ups.
• Develop comms and materials for regional/global meetings.
• Coordinate special projects aligned to priorities.
• Access practice content, talent and capabilities for partners.
• Plan internal meetings and agendas.
• Ensure compliance and best-practice processes.
• Coordinate with Finance, KM, and Talent Analytics on MIS.
• Support BD: leverage pipeline and opportunities.
• Be integral to APR BIT team and change journeys.
• Work with events team on Practice calendar.
• Flag issues via informal sentiment checks.
