Job summary

X4 Life Sciences is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across Southeast Asia from Singapore. You will identify new opportunities, build lasting relationships with pharmaceutical clients, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

This is an autonomous role requiring regular travel throughout Southeast Asia and collaboration with global teams. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in healthcare business development, a proven ability to win new

Qualifications

4–7 years of business development experience in healthcare.
Proven track record of winning new business and developing strategic client relationships.
Experience selling medical communications or related healthcare services to pharmaceutical clients.
Background in CRO or medical affairs services encouraged.
Experience selling services rather than products.

Responsibilities

Drive new business growth across Southeast Asia pharmaceutical market.
Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical clients and key stakeholders.
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and close.
Represent the business at industry meetings, conferences and client presentations in the region.
Collaborate with internal scientific and delivery teams to develop tailored client solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and opportunities to support growth.
