Job summary

Talent Spot Group Private Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer (AV & UC System) to support multiple project sites in Singapore and the region, with strong AV diagnostics and UC knowledge.

Responsibilities include post-sale maintenance, preventive maintenance planning, remote/on-site diagnostics, firmware updates, and accurate service reporting. Requirements: NITEC/ Diploma in AV/Electronics/IT; 1–2 years in AV installation/maintenance; knowledge of AV products; ability to communicate

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in AV / Electronics / IT or related discipline.
• 1–2 years in operation, engineering and/or installation/maintenance of AV systems.
• Knowledge of AV products (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Crestron, Extron, Kramer, Polycom, Cisco Telepresence).
• Ability to communicate with Chinese business partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sale maintenance experience to customers.
• Plan, schedule and execute preventive maintenance with customers.
• Perform remote/onsite diagnostics to troubleshoot AV and UC systems.
• Provide post-installation support including firmware updates and configuration changes.
• Coordinate with end users, suppliers and vendors to resolve issues per SLA.
• Deliver timely, accurate service reports after maintenance or troubleshooting.
• Assist in changes to schematics, BOM and handover documentation.
• Escalate severity to manufacturers as needed.
• Support post-commissioning activities such as end-user trainings.
